In 2006, Tunisian national Library celebrated the sixth centenary of the death of Ibn Khaldun.
It organized a documentary exhibition and published a bibliographic catalog entitled Ibn Khaldun through the treasures of the National Library in arabic, french and english. A commemorative CD was produced to mark this event.
